Our clients include the major oil and gas producers and consulting engineers, as well as smaller local companies. We have numerous units operating in Canada and the U.S. Our recent projects include the following:

• A $1,500,000 VRU system to be used in the Long Lake oil sands project, a joint venture between Nexen Inc. and OPTI Canada. The first phase of this project is 72,000 b/d of SAGD. HC Process’s expertise in this field helped Colt Engineering secure the project from Nexen.
• A $1,000,000 VRU system for Deer Creek Energy (through Bower Damberger Rosleth Engineering Ltd) to use as part of the Joslyn Phase 2 SAGD project in the Fort McMurray area. This project, which has over 50,000 acres of Oil Sands Lease, will provide 10,000 barrels of bitumen per day, in Phase 2. Again, the expertise of HC Process assisted in securing this project.
