Welcome to HC Process Inc.

HC Piper manufacturing is a designer and manufacturer of industrial custom process skids and modules located in Calgary Alberta. Our clients include the major oil and gas producers and consulting engineers, as well as smaller local companies. We have a fully equipped fabrication facility complete with overhead cranes and modern equipment, B pressure welders, pipe fitters, structural steel fabricators, 24hr shift capability. Field operations are also available.

We do both carbon steel fabrication and stainless steel fabrication, with full QA traceability as required. Stainless steel is worked in a segregated bay.

B 31.1 power piping
B 31.3 process piping
CWB W47.1 structural fabrication

Our engineering capabilities consist of module and process design, either as complete responsibility or support to customer engineering, 3D drawings, and full engineering documentation support.

We have proprietary designs for vapour recovery using liquid ring compressor technology.
