We do both carbon steel fabrication and stainless steel fabrication, with full QA traceability as required. Stainless steel is worked in a segregated bay.
The typical manufacturing standards are:
- B 31.1 power piping
- B 31.3 process piping
- CSA W59 and W47.1 Structural Fabrication, CWB 47.1 approved
- ASME Section VIII
- Division 1 Pressure Vessels
- Repair and Alterations of Existing Pressure Vessels
- onstruction of Pressure Fittings
Our engineering capabilities consist of module and process design, either as complete responsibility or support to customer engineering, 3D drawings, and full engineering documentation support.
We have proprietary designs for vapour recovery using liquid ring compressor technology.
