Custom Manufacturing

Our manufacturing team are qualified to fabricate piping to B31.3 and B31.1 requirements, as well as structural fabrication to CWB W47.1. Stainless steel fabrication is undertaken in a segregated bay.

Full QA and traceability can be provided.

Pumping Systems

We are also able to provide complete design and packaging capabilities for Pumping Systems. These may be with or without a building and can be built as a complete module up to 120 ft long.

Pressure Vessels

We have full design capabilities to produce for pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 Pressure Vessels, using Compress software. We have our U stamp to enable us to manufacture these vessels in carbon and alloy steels. We are also able to repair and alter of existing pressure vessels as well as construct pressure fittings.

Compressor Packages

We are experts in liquid ring compressor packages but we can also supply reciprocating, screw and vane packages.

In conjunction with Piper Fabrication (2003) Ltd. we supply:

Pressure vessels per ASME section VIII –1‘U” stamp
Category A,E and H fittings per CSA B51
Piping to ASME B31.1 and B31.3 ABSA certification
Skids to CSA Standard W47.1 certified by CWB

Qualified welding procedures include:

GTAW (Gas Tungsten arc Weld)
GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Weld)
SMAW (Stick Metal Arc Weld)
FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Weld)

Typical materials welded:

P1 (Carbon Steel)
P8 (Stainless Steel)
P45 (Alloy 20)
P10H (Alloy 2205)
