Our Facilities

Two new buildings located with easy access to the high/ wide road route to Northern Alberta. The plants have 4 bays with approximately 24,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and over 5,000 sq ft of office space and are fully equipped fabrication facilities complete with overhead cranes, position wheels, portable and stationary welding machines, sub arc welder, and plasma arc cutters.

Complete engineering services are provided from the offices including 3D Cadworx, vessel design, engineering and process design. We have a full staff of ‘B” pressure welders, vessel fitters , pipefitters, structural fitters and welders. Our technical offices use 3D Cadworx, P &ID intergration, vessel design and documentation tracking programs.

The technical staff includes professional engineers, and we provide process design, PFD and P & ID development, Equipment design and layout, 3D models and ISO drawings, start up and commissioning, spare parts and repair.

In conjunction with HC Process Systems Inc. and Piper Fabrication (2003) Ltd we provide:

ABSA certification for ANSI 31.1 and 31.3 piping systems
